Boot Camp at All Star Athletics is an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join! Get ready to join an all-female class that motivates and challenges each other to be the healthiest and most confident version of yourself possible. Boot Camp is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 5:30 to 6:30 AM. Next Session begins January 8th and runs until April 27th!
